The basic plywood is made up of special selected hardwoods and bonded with synthetic / phenol formaldehyde resin, overlaid with phenolic film, and the edges are sealed with polyurethane paint. It generally meets the requirements 6566/WBP, DIN 68705 / BFU 100 OR JPIC 1968 / 1973 AND IS:4990-1993, IS:3513 and is suitable for High Quality Concrete Shuttering Formorks.

When Bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin and treated with wood preservative, plywood becomes highly waterproof and durable against wood destroying organisms.

All these superior characteristics of this exterior grade plywood have made it an ideal material for Concrete Shutting and Formworks.

Consequently, it can be reused several times. Under optimum conditions, the reusability can be 15-20 times for quality fare faced finishes, and 30-40 fimes of residential finishes. The reusability is directly related to the care in storage, handling and usage.
